Mayor Announces $1.3M in Energy Efficiency Outreach Grants for Organizations

Mayor Villaraigosa announced today that the City of Los Angeles will award 30 grants of $45,000 each through the City of Los Angeles' Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant, which is funded through the U.S. Department of Energy American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds, to local nonprofit organizations for community outreach, research and public education on energy efficiency and water conservation.
